Faith Walk

At Reach Out For Christ church we are as interested in helping people learn to walk with Godly character in their lives as we are in seeing people saved through professing faith in Jesus Christ.

The Apostle James said: "Faith without works is dead." James 2:10

The Apostle Paul wrote: " For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them." Ephesians 2:10

In other words, it is our destiny as children of God to walk out our faith by conducting ourselves with self-control and acts of Godly love and kindness toward others. To do this, we need to cultivate the fruit of the Spirit in our lives. Galatians 5:22-25 teaches us: "The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit."
